The town of Varna is a tourist center of world renown, situated on the Black Sea shore. In the immediate proximity of the town are situated the great Black Sea resorts:
“St. Constantin”, “St. Iliya”, “Sunny day” and “Golden sands”.
Varna is a town of a rich centuries-long history.
A great number of architectural and historical sights stand in town.
The most notorious tourist sights are: the Aquarium, the Dolphinarium, the Planetarium, the Roman thermal bath, the exposition of the oldest gold treasure in the world, located in the city Archaeological Museum.

It comprises: an entrance hall, a luxurious bathroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a hall. The construction of the beds enables their disposition as a double bed or single separate beds. There is air-conditioning and washing-machine.
The entrance door of the house is with electronic locking.
The apartment is cleaned up and the household linen is replaced periodically.
In the close proximity are situated restaurants, cafés, shops and banks.
