Nature trail of Leerdam
This modern villa is situated along the nature trail of Leerdam and overlooks the green hart of The Netherlands. It is rustic area but still close to the centre of Leerdam. If you like the quiet, walking, cycling, fishing this is the ideal place to stay one of more nights. This cultural town by the Linge river has a lot to offer.
Our Garden
Our modern villa has 3 places to sit outside. This is the best place to sit and relax and you can even try to fish in the water that is next to the garden. Depending on the number of quests and the weather, we can even serve your breakfast in the garden.
Our House
We have a spacious guest bathroom with bath, shower, two wash stands and a separate toilet. The guest cottage has two large double bedrooms with sitting area and colour TV. Parking space available and bicycles can be stored in a shed.
Centre of Leerdam
The centre of our city Leerdam is nearby just as the train and bus station. If you would like to visit the city Utrecht, you can get on the bus and be there in less than 20 minutes!

The room and the westside is also located on the first floor and has:

All our guests can use the bathroom ,a separate toilet, bath, shower cabin, electrical connection for shaving or hair drying (only 230v).
In our dining room, your breakfast will be served. The breakfast and Internet access is included in the price.
