The village of Kovachevitca is located to nearly 24 kilometers from the town of Gotce Delchev. Kovachevitca has kept its’ authentic spirit and it’s one of the most famous and beautiful bulgarian villages in the West Rodopi. The houses are close wholly built by rock, including the roofs, as only at the highest houses the last floor is built by wood. In 1977 the village was announced as an architectural reservation. The sea high is 1000 meters. The constant residents are nearly 50 people to the village, but in the summer there are a lot of more people here. In the last few years many houses in Kovachevitca are renovated and worked up.
The White house is a complex including a tavern and hotel part. It was built by homegrown craftsmen. As at its construction the use of natural materials and the advanced technologies are matched craftily. The rock and the wood make nice atmosphere and a sense of tranquility. You can enjoy fair view, catch the birds or just listen to the silence from the two balconies.
It is as well the hall, proper for meetings, discussions and seminars. The complex offers satellite television and wireless internet. The local heating permits the hotel to be used annually.
The hotel part includes 9 rooms – 8 double and one triple. You will find yourself surrounded by the authentic past, without missing a thing from your daily things. The wood furniture fill up the cozy atmosphere. In each room you can find a television set, a minibar, a work desk, high furniture, wireless internet and stand – alone toilet.
Our spacious living room is suitable for seminars, discussions and creative meetings.There is enough space for 20 people.
The tavern features 50 seats. In the winter the flashing fire in the fireplace will give you the sense of a home coziness and warmth. In the summer you can settle in the yard, from that you can enjoy the beautiful view to the village opposite hillside. The gardens’ grill and the fountain under the awning fill up the nice atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with modern fitting and guarantee quality and healthy meals.
The menu participates as the traditional bulgarian kitchen,the domestic local specials as well so. At wish of the clients they can order dishes with preparatory request.
